This octogone-shaped poolhouse got quite the makeover! Stuck in the 70s, we restored this beauty’s interiors, as well as exterior bar and modernized it. The clients wanted a Tulum feel, inspired by their travels. As entertainers, indoor/outdoor flow was important, and the kids love hanging out there too!
Through one of the arched doors, you can find a powder room and behind the other, a pantry with an industrial fridge. Venetian plaster adds texture to the walls and creates a lived in feel. The “Good Vibes” neon sign creates a relaxing vibe in the space. The kitchen, complete with an integrated ice machine and panel-ready beverage fridge, is perfectly functional for entertaining, or hanging out as a family. Take a look at the outdoor bar and BBQ area and you’ll find a hydraulic window which opens to highlight the lakeside view, and a Big Green Egg to make entertaining easy.
