Welcome to the Belsize Project! In this renovation project, we transformed the kitchen, laundry room, eat-in kitchen, coffee bar and pantry. Before, there were cathedral ceilings, and sunlight was minimal. We made a picture window right by the eat-in kitchen, leveled all the ceilings and added height to the balcony door to make it cohesive. In the laundry room, we closed off the window and stacked the washer/dryer for more space. The laundry room is multi-functional as it serves as both a butler’s pantry and laundry room. The coffee bar features a kill switch, refrigerated beverage drawers and other innovative storage solutions. We used a porcelain countertop for this kitchen, which looks so realistic to a marble one, and a white quartz countertop for the coffee bar. This space is sleek, modern, and very functional!
