What does a DECOR project entail?
Decorating is everything in your house that you could take away with you if you move, including all furniture, window coverings, wall art etc.
This service starts with a conversation, we evaluate all your design needs and then take care of choosing all your decor items for the space that was quoted.
DECOR: TURN KEY DESIGN
- Measurements and Photos (By Designer)
- Design Meeting (Discussion of Client Needs)
- Space Planning and Floor Plan Meeting *Minor Renovation Components (Fireplace, Millwork etc)
- Item Selection (Paint, Furniture, Lighting, Window Coverings etc)
- Presentation (Colored Visuals and Physical Samples)
- Order Confirmation of LUX DÉCOR items
- White Glove Delivery *Finishing Service Additional
- *Reno Management optional at an hourly rate of 150$ /hour
This is an hourly service, any hours above or beyond will be invoiced
DECOR: CONSULT (Hourly Service)
- Measurements and Photos (By Client *Existing Space)
- Design Meeting (Discussion of Clients Needs)
- Space Planning and Floor Plan Meeting *Excludes any Renovation Components
- Item Selection (Paint, Furniture, Lighting, Window Coverings etc) *Excludes Custom Millwork
- Order Confirmation of LUX Decor items
This is an hourly service, any hours above or beyond will be invoiced
