What personal information we collect

We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any project details you share when submitting an inquiry or contacting us through our website.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you make a purchase through our online store, payment is processed securely through our payment provider and we do not store your payment card details.

Why we collect it

We collect your information to respond to your inquiries and provide interior design services; to communicate with you about your project; to send our newsletter if you have opted in; to send SMS or text message updates if you have explicitly consented; and to process purchases from our online store.

We do not use your personal information for any purpose beyond what is listed here without obtaining your consent first.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you purchase a membership or subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at customerservice@lux-decor.com before your next renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your payment card details.

SMS and text messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Lux Decor, you may receive project updates, appointment reminders, and promotional communications via SMS. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by emailing customerservice@lux-decor.com with the word STOP. We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. In accordance with Law 25, we obtain your explicit consent before activating any tracking technology. You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through your browser settings.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, including our email platform (Omnisend) and CRM system. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law.

How long we keep your information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal or administrative purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 14.
